Sound financial management is a crucial part of this process. Colorado Management adheres to the Association of Independent Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) recommended accounting principles and practices. Our qualified team of accounting staff will prepare and keep detailed records of the Association's finances and provide accurate and easily understood monthly reports.

Bill is a Colorado native and has lived in the Denver area for over 45 years. He is a graduate of Purdue University and holds a degree in Industrial Management. Bill has been a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) since 1972 and was one of the original Board of Directors of the Rocky Mountain Chapter. He has spoken at several national conventions and hosted the national PCAM case study in 1996. Bill has received the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Certified manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations and several related awards over the last 30 years.

By organizing and supervising day-to-day association operations, the Board of Directors is able to concentrate on the important policy and procedural decisions required by the corporation.
