Colorado Network Staffing, Inc. is a full service Staffing firm since 1996. Our mission at CNS is simple – to deliver exceptional customer service and hiring the right person for our Clients. We accomplish this through our proven hiring process called the CNS “Right Fit”. With years of experience in recruiting and success in staffing the commercial and government sector, CNS has tailored what works; understanding our client’s hiring needs and involvement with both our clients and candidates.

Colorado Network Staffing, Inc. (CNS) was started by Pam Fritzler in 1996 in response to the overworked workforce that had more obligations than time. CNS makes an effort to ease our client’s burden by providing services in the area of recruitment, payroll, insurance, technology and project management, leaving time to grow their company. In 2001, CNS streamlined and magnified their customer base in the government through obtaining the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program.

We provide extraordinary customer service in the staffing industry that fulfills our customer needs and continuously improves our internal processes as to maximize our customer’s expectations .

CNS is a leader in staffing, staff augmentation and contract management by acting as a sole human resource provider for our clients. CNS has the experience, resources, and top level management expertise to accomplish the tasks required on any size project. Our expertise lies in the recruiting and management of contractors for local, state, and federal government and well as the commercial sector. We provide flexible solutions to our clients by supplying temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire, 1099 and payrolling options.

We have been providing exceptional customer service to government since 1996. We graduated from the 8(a) SBA program in 2010 with over 11 prime contracts with various agencies. We have been awarded administrative support contracts and national technical service contracts. This is exemplified by our two nominations for SBA 8(a) of the year and in 2013 the SBA Administrators Award of Excellence.
