Description
The business which was to eventually become Colorado Plastic Products was founded in 1969 by Dale Shaklee as Boulder Plastics. The company was an offshoot of Mr. Shaklee's Boulder Machine Shop at 31st and Pearl Streets in Boulder. The name was changed to Colorado Plastic Products in the 1970's under the second ownership group, composed of Tom Vincent and another gentleman.
