Welcome to Colorado Springs Neurological Associates (CSNA). We began in 1959 and are now the largest and most experienced neuroscience and spine practice in southern Colorado. We are pleased that you are considering our practice to care for you or your loved one. We will do everything possible to meet your expectations, and to make your visit with us a comfortable one.

Ask your primary care or referring doctor to provide a summary of your medical condition to bring to your appointment, or provide a list yourself.

We copy your insurance card every visit. The card contains valuable information which is required by your insurance company to file the claim. If we do not get all your insurance information it will be necessary to bill you for the services.
