At Color Results, our garden center services include: - Retail Department Strategy: Category assessment ad floor set. Working with key person in category to rework floor plan, buying strategies and merchandising of the department includes a complete reset of that department. One to two days required for each location. - Visual Branding Encounter: A two day coaching, consulting and training designed to help you gain sales growth through better merchandising and buying strategies. - Merchandising Magic Workshop - A Look Behind the Curtain: Regional educational seminar based on program 2 condensed into a one day workshop with an afternoon of hands on rework of a department. Additional merchandising related options such as buying support, interior and exterior color selection also available.
