Columbia is a small business consulting firm that specializes in civil engineering, land planning, surveying and landscape architecture. Incorporated in Delaware in 1963, Columbia is a privately owned “C” corporation located in Duluth, Georgia. Columbia was originally the engineering subsidiary of Abrams Industries, a multifaceted conglomerate corporation with development, construction, fire protection system and civil engineering divisions providing design services for private development projects. In 1990, the current ownership relocated the corporate headquarters to Gwinnett County, Georgia. Since that time, we have also further diversified our services to include transportation, water resources and surveying departments for both public and private clients. To provide the knowledge, expertise and resources necessary to help our clients realize their goals by producing high quality professional designs, on schedule, and at a fair price.
