Dynamic Strategies provides clients with customized outsourcing, managed services and project support solutions. Our growth depends greatly on our ability to serve our client’s location outside of the New York City metro area. Finding a partner that was flexible enough to help augment our customized support offerings was extremely challenging. In many instances client service level agreements, pricing structures and interface procedures were already in place. We had to find a partner that could work within our existing framework.

We found the provisioning of International on-site Field Support the most challenging aspect of our services. For the past five years we have contracted ComTech in providing on-site support services to us globally. They have been a trusted and proven partner providing remedial repair to our clients with technicians responding to site within 4 hours of request. They have been consistent in their processes and have enabled us to grow our business with additional revenue streams that we would not been able to capture if had not the relationship with ComTech.

I have worked with ComTech for over 5 years now. We have used them for many things. This includes mass roll outs of Network gear, wiring and LAN equipment deployment, etc. They have also been there to do emergency responses 7x 24. They have done this sometimes with little notice. They have also been very responsive no matter when the request comes through. ComTech has become an extension of DPS in areas that DPS doesn’t have feet in the area. ComTech has been great with finding resources in those areas.
