-Daily use of a multi-line telephone system, cash register, adding machine, copy machine, fax machine, printers, and computers including dealer management and word processing software. -Retail sales and customer support including but not limited to being responsible for describing a product’s features, demonstrating its use, showing various models and colors available, providing pricing for units including accessories, providing trade valuations, maintaining accurate and up to date lists for sales personnel stating current sales and finance promotions, keeping lists of new and used inventory and reconciling monthly, and doing continuing education as recommended by manufacturers pertaining to customer service and product knowledge. -Parts inventory control responsibilities including but not limited to parts lookup, receiving merchandise into inventory control system, invoicing merchandise to customers, and maintaining accurate inventory through annual physical inventory checks. -Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide variety of people as well as interpret customer needs and clearly communicate that in written and verbal form.
