Established in 1929, the company known today as EMCOR Services Combustioneer Corp. has a rich history servicing the Washington, D.C. area. In the 1940s, we installed the very first air conditioning unit in the White House. The demand for air conditioning and mechanical services grew as the population expanded. As we sought to support the diverse requirements of our customers, we expanded our service offerings to better meet their growing facilities needs. Today we offer a broad spectrum of mechanical and electrical services, from rooftop to ground level and beyond. In addition to HVAC installation, retrofit and servicing, our menu of services includes a full suite of electrical and building automation systems solutions. These solutions allow us to focus on your building systems while you focus on your core business. And, as part of the EMCOR network, we combine local delivery and expertise with access to an even greater number of world-class resources.
