We also provide maintenance agreements to help increase the efficiency and extend the life of your existing system.

Headquartered in Arlington, VA., NATE was founded in 1997 as the nation’s largest non-profit certification organization for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration technicians. NATE tests technicians while others train. Testing validates the technician’s knowledge and a training program’s instruction. NATE-approved testing organizations throughout the U.S. and Canada offer NATE tests.

Bruce and Jim have a combined total of over 25 years of design experience working for major manufacturers such as Carrier Corporation and International Comfort Products. Bruce is also a registered Professional Engineer and a certified Geoexchange Designer. It was their vision to create an HVAC company capable of analyzing a customer’s needs and offer effective solutions utilizing the best technologies available.

Founders Bruce Wollaber and Jim Napolitano have a combined total of over 25 years of system design experience working for the industry’s largest manufacturers. In 1994, they had a vision to create an HVAC company capable of analyzing a customer’s needs and offer effective solutions utilizing the best technologies available. These technologies include geothermal installations, multi-stage equipment, zoning systems, dual fuel and indoor air quality, among others.

One of the requirements of being a successful Comfort Consultant is to have a complete understanding of today’s technology and product line in order to sort through the many options and customize the best solution for the customer. Dave is just the person to do this, with 10 years of experience plus ongoing training both in-house and from our product suppliers. Whether the need be for geothermal, duel fuel, indoor air quality or simply a replacement system, Dave does a terrific job satisfying a customer’s needs without breaking their budget.
