What do nuclear missiles have to do with air conditioners? Steve Lauritzen, founder of Comfort Tech, worked on ICBM (intercontinental ballistic missile) systems in the Air Force for four years prior to moving back to Utah to work for a HVAC (heating, ventilating, & air conditioning) company. While in the Air Force, Steve trained extensively in power generation and distribution equipment, various mechanical systems, and HVAC systems used to support the ICBM systems. After working for a couple of HVAC companies and obtaining a bachelor's degree in E-Business, Steve started Comfort Tech.
