At Comida de Campos, we have embraced farming as an extension of who we are. We are not certified organic, but have been chemical-free and practicing organic methods for almost 15 years now. We grow produce mainly for ourselves, our guests and our cooking school participants, and then sell what is left over at the Santa Fe Farmer's Market. Our vegetable crops include: artichokes, french filet beans, basil, eggplant, horseradish, endive, asparagus, corn, celery and celery root, tomatoes, onions, cabbage, chile, cauliflower, cucumbers, brussel sprouts, broccoli, and bell peppers. Our fruit crops include: raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, currents, strawberries, plums, apples, pears, peaches, quince, nectarines and cherries.
