We're also experienced in the sale of improved investment property, property management, as well as building and land development.Michael has been a broker for 13 years with 11 years of service at Commercial Associates. He works in all areas of commercial/industrial real estate and is currently our broker-in-charge. He obtained his BS/BA from Appalachian State University with a double major in Finance and Real Estate. Michael has worked the full spectrum of transactions from a small $450 per month lease to over a $2.0 million sales transaction and from a start up business to a multi-million dollar company. As a real estate investor and lessee he understands both sides of the transaction. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). This designation is held by less than 1% of the world’s commercial real estate professionals. He is very involved in the community through Bayleaf Baptist and an active board member of Wake Interfaith Hospitality Network.
