Commercial Builders, Inc. (CBI) founded in 1991 by Click to view Las Olas Riverfront project Brian and Cyndi Mead. CBI specializes in commercial structural and lightgauge framing, lightgauge trusses, drywall, insulation as well as Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS). The company's success is a direct result of our ability to provide personal, hands-on service to our clients, no matter what size job. We staff each of our projects with what we feel are the best field superintendents and skilled mechanics in our industry. Owner Brian Mead brings over twenty five years of commercial building experience to CBI and handles all of the estimating, sales, project management and purchasing. Before founding CBI, Brian was the South Florida General Superintendent of a Houston-based drywall contractor.
