Description

Enquist-Level will assemble a coalition of builders to include Level Homes which entered the Raleigh market earlier this year in Apex, Cary, and Durham communities.

Commercial Properties Development Corporation was founded in 1951 by Baton Rouge businessman, Wilbur Marvin. The company acquired, developed, and leased neighborhood and community shopping centers. In 1992, after forty successful years, Mr. Marvin established the Wilbur Marvin Foundation –a supporting organization of the Baton Rouge Area Foundation, and structured what would become Commercial Properties Realty Trust as the foundation's real estate entity in order to generate funds for civic and charitable causes.

As the build-to-suit developer for one of the nation's largest integrated equipment services companies, CPRT is currently providing acquisition and development services for branch operations facilities ranging from 20,000 to 70,000 square feet in approximately 20 locations across the United States.

For over twenty years The Foundation has embarked on even bigger projects. In Raleigh, North Carolina CPRT is developing 5401 North a master-planned community that spans over 400 acres and is designed on the principles of sustainability and community. In Downtown Baton Rouge CPRT is constructing a multi-use complex that will consist of an eight-story office building for IBM and an eleven-story residential tower consisting of apartments, townhomes and commercial space.
