Ralph Merritt, Jr. is one of the original founding partners of CPG. He has a proven track record in exceeding clients' needs by providing trustworthy and reliable commercial real estate solutions for landlords, tenants, owners and investors. Hard work, a positive attitude and an enduring commitment to excellence has earned him a great reputation and the respect of colleagues, attorneys and clients throughout the industry. Ralph began his career in 1971 at Ralph Merritt Construction Company. He worked his way through all aspects of the business, beginning as a laborer, carpenter and ultimately achieving his current position as President and Chief Financial Officer. His experience and expertise was further established with positions at several commercial, industrial, retail and property management companies (Gulf Atlantic Development Corp., ComReal of Miami, Incorporated, Mantovani Realty, Sunbow Realty, Incorporated and Fromberg, Fromberg and Gross, et al, P.A.), providing Ralph invaluable experience in Sales, Marketing, Leasing, and Property Management before starting CPG in 1990. Ralph also serves the business and local community as Chairman of the Coral Springs Economic Development Authority and President of the Corporate Park of Coral Springs Property Owners Association. In addition, he is an active member in several industry and business groups including the Council of Executive Officers in Coral Springs and Leadership Broward. Kathy brought her broad range of experience to CPG in 1993. Her superior market knowledge, attention to detail and work ethic has been an asset as personal liaison to our owners and investors. She serves as Property Manager and Marketing Coordinator for several key properties and is also a licensed Real Estate Agent.
