At Commercial Property One, we believe in a simple approach to commercial real estate. We believe that the most successful real estate transactions occur as a result of having very seasoned and experienced people involved from start to finish. This is why we do not believe in hiring young, unseasoned, and inexperienced people. We will not let them gain their experience at your expense. This is why we do not believe in becoming so large that our agents will come and go. In addition, we limit our accounts and transactions to a manageable level so that our personal reputations for service and results will stay intact. Commercial real estate transactions should involve more than putting two parties together, and then assisting in the closing process. Often the creativity and knowledge of the real estate agent will make or break the success of a commercial transaction. We have represented many national Landlords and tenants. We have also performed site selection for national retailers. At Commercial Property One, we also believe in having the best databases and systems that are possible. We spend a significant amount of time keeping up with the status of the commercial real estate market in Jacksonville, and the occupancies and rents for buildings and shopping centers located around the city.
