Marcia Hulsizer - Subscription Manager Marcia joined CIS in 1999 and brought years of experience in database management and customer service to the firm. She quickly became knowledgeable of CIS products and was promoted to Subscription Manager. As Head of the Subscription Department, Marcia works directly with customers ensuring their subscription information is accurate and secure. She is also responsible for presentation and reproduction of CIS publications, as well as their timely release.
