Common Sense Financial Solutions (CSFS) is a privately owned financial services company located in Santa Barbara CA, providing Financial Planning, Tax Preparation and Wealth Management services to individuals and small businesses. Our Mission Statement is to provide financial peace of mind by becoming our client's trusted, objective and professional source to manage their financial affairs. Our company focuses on educating clients and simplifying the management of their finances so that they can have the freedom to pursue other worthwhile life goals. Our primary services offerings are investment management and financial planning. Investment management, also called Wealth management, is accomplished through a team approach. The team consists of CSFS as the overall advisor and works in partnership with an investment manager and an operations team. Our current partnership is with Partnervest Financial Services LLC, a privately owned Santa Barbara based financial services company. We manage client investment accounts on a fee only basis. The fee is based on the amount of assets under management (AUM) and includes advisory activities including asset allocation, investment selection, reporting and rebalancing. Financial planning is offered on a modular (step-by-step) or comprehensive basis and we charge on either a fixed or hourly basis.
