Commonwealth Property Management Services Company, DBA Commonwealth Real Estate Services was founded in 1984. Although we manage all manner of real estate including apartment communities, commercial properties and floating home communities, we are the leading management company in Oregon and Washington for manufactured housing communities (MHCs), having specialized in MHC management for three decades.

We have a great deal of pride in the communities and apartments we manage and appreciate that you have chosen a Commonwealth community to serve your residential needs. We believe that we provide the highest level of service possible in managing the property where you live, and hope that you share in our pride.

While we continue to expand our presence, and offer a wider range of services, Commonwealth presently manages over 100 multi-family properties throughout the Pacific Northwest totaling approximately 10,000 home sites/units. We manage properties as far south as Klamath Falls, Medford, and Brookings, as far north as Seattle and Everett, as far west as Seaside and Coos Bay, and as far east as Spokane, Moses Lake, Yakima, Hermiston, and Bend.
