CFR is Experienced. The founder and president of our company, Jim Steber, has over twenty years experience in the industry. Each of the top managers has been with CFR for over ten years. The project management team has over twenty years experience with CFR. These people are professionals with extensive expertise in marketing research. We can provide expertise, point of view, and solutions to difficult research problems clients face.

We provide a wide range of ad hoc marketing research services to consumer and industrial product manufacturers as well as to service companies.

CFR offers qualitative telephone recruiting through our expansive recruiting department. We have extensive experience in recruiting for groups and IDI's (in-depth interviews) in North America and internationally – including Europe, South America and Asia. We also have experience working with complicated quota plans, and can arrange facilities in locations where you want to conduct your groups or interviews.

Curtis has been working with CFR since January 2001, and has been in his current role as Vice President since 2007. Curtis has experience in telephone center operations, data collection methodologies, and business development. He is devoted to making sure all research projects meet the client's quality, production and budgetary objectives. Curtis provides results by being a manager that listens intently, maintains focus, and brings passion to what he does.
