The Communications Group ~ providing cost control and service improvement solutions for the hospitality and retail industry since 1988. Allan H. White, founder of The Communications Group, has a rich background in management and sales from such technology companies as Olivetti, Sony, Extel, and Carterfone Communications: companies that had leading edge products in the fields of computing and data communications. Responsive customer support programs that put the customer needs first were in his historical background. His family was in the restaurant business in Southern California for a number of years, where he learned to appreciate the need to control costs, and improve service, in order to maintain a successful operation.
