Our goal is to meet our customers' needs by providing prompt, responsive customer service, installation support and on-site service from our three Wisconsin locations to respond quickly to correct outages and restore service. Our field technicians are on call after hours and on weekends in the event of emergencies for our maintenance agreement customers.

Jones Radio started in 1956 and ran through 1976, when Paul and Jo Belton purchased the company. It remained Jones Radio through 1981 when the name was changed to Communications Service. Pat Dillon bought the successful sales and service business in 2000 and continued to provide service and sales until his untimely death in early 2011. While the company has undergone some ownership changes, the mission of Communications Service has not.
