CSI was the Prime Contractor for the City of Scottsdale's VHF Radio System Communications Build out.CSI is providing all engineering services which consists of environmental, geotechnical, survey, A&E design, and structural to construction, construction management, and maintenance.

CSI is supporting Cingulars build out which was a carrier over from the solid reputation on the AT&T Wireless support. CSI is providing engineering services which consists of environmental, geotechnical, survey, A&E design, and structural.

CSI has supported WFI in Arizona for their efforts in the Sprint Nextel's build out. CSI is providing engineering services which consists of environmental, geotechnical, survey, A&E design, and structural.

Mr. Walsh has been in the wireless industry for more than 15 years. His experience includes both domestic and international network development, as well as project and program management of existing and new wireless network builds for many carriers throughout the US. He has worked for both carrier and consultants in both sales and operations capacities. Mr. Walsh was a co-owner in Tacit Communications, a successful turn-key network development company, which was purchased in 2000. As President of CSI, he oversees the operations, sales, legal and accounting functions of the company.
