Community Care is a behavioral health management company designed primarily to serve the needs of public sector consumers, their families and the communities of Pennsylvania through the delivery of effective and accessible behavioral health services.Our clinical services are sensitive to the nature of the social, physical and behavioral factors of each member and coordinate that with the appropriate level of intensity and duration of care.We do this through Community Meetings, Provider Training, Care Management Grand Rounds, Community Events, Community Education, Consumer Surveying, the Provider Advisory Committee and the Provider Relations Committee, among other means.
