Established in 1987, Community Club Management, Inc. (CCM), is a professional property management company specializing in the management of community associations. We are retained by the Board of Directors to manage your association. Our responsibilities vary from community to community depending on the services contracted. They range from annual budget preparation, assessment collection, disbursements (with monthly financial reports to the Board), to annual meeting organizations, bid solicitation, property visits, architectural control enforcement, supervision of contract work and pool management. Additionally, CCM works closely with the Board of Directors to ensure the highest standards for your community. CCM is owned by Alice Richardson and is not affiliated with any individual builder, developer, or lender. Our professional staff prides itself with prompt and courteous service to all homeowners. CCM is a member of Community Association Institute and is licensed with the Georgia Real Estate Commission. If you have any questions regarding your association, please feel free to contact our office. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.
