Although we work on all kinds of equipment, we specialize in configuration and management of Linux servers, CISCO routers and switches, DHCPatriot DHCP servers and 3-Com dial-up platforms.

Our goal at the Help Desk is to provide 24 X 7 techincal support that surpasses your customer's expectations. Our Help Desk technicians are trained to focus on solving your customer's problems -- whatever they may be. We do not measure productivity at the Help Desk by the number of calls handled but rather by the number of problems solved. Our people pride themselves in preventing "truck-rolls".

CCI has focused on providing “high touch” service to its clients and prides itself on achieving a delicate balance between staying “state of the art” without getting lost in the technology. We are in touch almost daily with all of our customers and we work hard to keep it that way!

Community Connections Inc. ® was started in 1995 by Bryce Pringle and Brad Hartman, who remain owners and actively involved in day-to-day operations. Headquartered in Shenandoah, Iowa a small community in the Southwest corner of the state, CCI serves primarily independent telephone companies in Iowa and Nebraska. CCI provides a full range of consulting services to assist it's customers in operating profitable ISP operations.
