Community Development Partners, LLC. is an administrative and financial management consulting firm that was incorporated in 1994 by three individuals who have extensive Community Development Block Grant experience in both application preparation and project administration. These persons, Ms. Betsy Wigington, Ms. Mattie Cushman and Mr. Evan Sanders, have over 60 years of combined experience in grants management.

Our first hand experience with State and Federal grant and loan programs allows us to know how each program can be combined and/or utilized for projects. CDP has developed working relationships with the various agencies so we can understand how each program relates to our client's needs.

In these days of limited financial resources and government cutbacks, it is increasingly difficult for a community to deliver the required services to meet public demand. Through our knowledge and experience, we help you plan and meet the needs of your growing community. As the name implies, Community Development Partners realizes the importance of building lasting partnerships with our clients.

CDP was established in 1994 and represents over 100 years combined experience in the project development and implementation for local governments and non-profit agencies. CDP will work with you to prioritize your local needs and help establish a means to achieve your goals.

Ms. Wigington, Ms. Cushman and Mr. Sanders have all had extensive experience in administering CDBG projects. From FY 1994 to FY 2006, these individuals have professionally managed and implemented over 190 CDBG projects. The types of CDBG project experience include: sewer line extensions, sewer system improvements, water line extensions, water system improvements, fire protection, health clinics, street improvements, drainage improvements, housing rehabilitation and industrial development.
