We are a community research company working in the field of social policy and social problems. We provide a range of solutions to clients from the voluntary and community sector, as well as public and private sector organisations operating in this field.

All our tutors are educated to postgraduate level in research methods and have undertook training in teaching and coaching practice. Moreover, they are practicing professionals who not only work in the field of social policy and problems, but have personal experience of using many of the services themselves.

Community Insights offers a full range of training courses, both long and short, to support organisational and personal development. Our courses cover a basic core of important information, plus additional bespoke elements designed to meet the specific needs of your project.

Community Insights is working with Convict Criminology to develop a working paper on 'Privileged Access' for presentation at the forthcoming British Society of Criminology conference in June, 2012.
