Description

Sean joined CMA in 2006 after working as an onsite manager for two years. He is from the Northeast, has spent time in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia, and has been in Georgia since 2001. He leads a team of ten property managers as well as maintaining his own portfolio. Sean has focused on preparing communities for natural and environmental disasters through preparedness plans. He has experience in helping communities cope during and after emergencies as well as long term Reserve Fund Budgeting.

If the unfortunate circumstance arises that CMA’s services are no longer needed, we will comply as requested. We will ask for an exit interview, so that we may improve any shortcomings in our service for our next client. We know that there is always room for improvement and like to get feedback from our customers on a regular basis. CMA is the only property management company that has a 30-day out clause in our contract. We earn your business every 30 days. If you give us notice to leave during one month, your contract will be finished by the end of the next month.

Rhonda joined the CMA team in 2005 as a portfolio manager and was promoted to Division Manager in 2007. Rhonda brings over 11 years of experience in the property management and real estate industry as well as having served on her own Board of Directors for her personal residence for four years. In addition to her regular duties, she is involved with training new managers at CMA. Rhonda is also the recipient of the CMA “Rounding the Mark Award” for 2009.

Kristen has served as CMA’s Human Resources Director since 2005, and she is primarily responsible for payroll and benefits administration, staffing, performance management, and employment practices within the organization. Prior to joining CMA, Kristen was employed with Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc. for more than fifteen years as a Human Resources Generalist and Trainer in the Texas Division and company headquarters in Florida. She is a cum laude graduate of the University of North Texas, with a BA in Communication and Public Address as well as English.

Julio began his career with CMA in 1997 in the mailroom and as a file clerk. His many talents were recognized and he quickly assumed additional responsibilities allowing him to acquire comprehensive knowledge and experience in the property management industry – including Accounting, Administration, and Property Management. He has been a licensed Property Manager since 2006.
