CPF represents publishers of over 105 free-circulation community papers, reaching approximately 4.5 million homes weekly. Our membership is comprised of owners, publishers, general managers and sales managers of free-circulation community newspapers throughout the state of Florida. Members range from small, independently-owned publications to free paper/shopping guide divisions of major communications companies. The common denominator is that each publication is distributed free of charge to the market it serves. If you fit this profile, we cordially invite you to join our ranks! To qualify for regular membership A publisher must publish, on a regular basis with at least 12 issues per year, a publication that is distributed free of charge by rack, carrier or postal delivery. In addition, the publication must have been in business for a minimum of one year (though you may apply to the Board of Directors for an exception to this requirement if you publish the CPF network classifieds).
