Community Preservation and Management, LLC (CP&M) is a full service construction management, maintenance and preservation company specializing in providing solutions for HOA managed single family, owned multi-family, REO rehabilitation and apartment industries. CP&M fills a void in the expansive needs of Common Interest Communities ranging from new developments with construction defect issues, to mature properties requiring drainage modifications or individual properties requiring limited common element rehabilitation.

CP&M self performs all types of concrete repairs, from the simplest sidewalk and flatwork repairs to the most complex structural repairs on buildings and concrete walls. Our crews have been working in the concrete industry for over 20 years and provide quality repairs that last.

Professionally, I bring several years of experience dating back to the late 1980's in Property Management working with numerous contractors at all levels of construction and remodeling. I would like to express my appreciation of the exceptional and consistent job CP&M has done on several major and minor projects for our HOA. All projects were of high quality, on time and in many instances ahead of schedule, In addition always within the fair estimated cost provided.

We can work with your disaster relief company to ensure that your buildings and their contents are secured after a storm, and then begin the process of re-construction. Because we are a local contractor with the experience of building multi-family residences in the Denver market, we take that practical experience to the reconstruction of your properties. We stress proper installation, care of your community’s collateral property, and constant contact and information to your property manager, tenants and owners.
