Description

Responsibilities include: Provide direct oversight to counseling staff using a strength-based approach in the Recovery Model and a wraparound philosophy. Provide short-term counseling, crisis intervention and resource linkage. Review clinical assessments, client service plans and provide clinical trainings to direct service staff. Provide services in the home, community and Juvenile Court. Serve as a liaison between the program and court staff. Conduct clinical reviews of consumer charts, review progress notes and provide clinical supervision.
