Comp/Med Consulting Incorporated is a consulting firm with a comprehensive preferred provider organization (PPO) that provides Self-Insured Employers, Third Party Administrators (TPA), insurance companies, including any workers’ compensation insurers licensed in Nevada, with substantial savings on their worker’s medical claims. Due to our 48 hour turnaround time on most claims and quick payment guarantees, our insurers average a net savings of at least 30% below the state fee schedule. The savings are derived from contractual agreements with credentialed medical providers. The benefits to the Providers are numerous. Our providers are able to achieve higher sales volume in excess of what they could realize if they were not on our network. They also do not have to contract directly with all the various administrators. Our clients do not incur line item charges, per life fees, or any access fees. The administrative fee only applies when we demonstrate savings below the Nevada Medical Fee Schedule or applicable state law when mitigating out of State Claims. Our Medical Director Dr. Stephan Andracki (Board Certified) has been practicing since 1989 in the state of Nevada. He is well respected among his peers and has extensive working knowledge of current work comp issues. Dr. Andracki keeps open lines of communication with the treating physicians, and is thoughtful of the patients’ best interest. The medical director aids in expediting our mitigation process, while adding strong provable information.
