Jim has expertise in developing sales organizations to provide breakthrough results. Jim Schwarz is a BoardSource Senior Governance Consultant. He is a regular speaker at BoardSource's annual conference for nonprofit leaders, the BoardSource Leadership Forum, on topics including Change Management, Facilitation Skills, and Trust in the Boardroom. Jim has worked with numerous international organizations (501(c)(3) and 501(c)(6) )including CEO (Chief Executives Organization), International Code Council, LPGA, Sustainable Fisheries Project and Wikimedia Foundation.
