Compass Pointe Financial is a family owned and operated, independent financial advisory firm which opened its doors in Tulsa in the summer of 2002. Compass Pointe Financial was founded by Randy Steele and his son in law, Jason Scarcella. His son, Benjamin, joined the firm as a Partner in 2006 and they brought in Andy Aldredge in 2008. They now have offices in Tulsa, Houston, Bartlesville, and Ponca City. Being an independent Firm gives Compass Pointe Financial the freedom to use a broad range of investments and insurance carriers to help meet the individual needs of their clients.
