Compass Senior Living was born out of the personal experience of a group of people with many years of experience in the Senior Housing Industry. We were attracted to the possibility of working together to build a company with authentic leaders and a common purpose. As we aligned, we recognized that our common experience had defined our values. We knew that our actions, our partnerships, and our decisions would be guided by our internal compass.

Compass Senior Living operates independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. We provide great settings where seniors can receive assistance if needed, while continuing to grow, learn, and enjoy life. Elderhood is the crescendo of life, where the wisdom of years can be shared with peers and future generations.

Inspired by the Alive Inside documentary, we are thrilled with the positive results of our Music Makes Memories project. As we all know when we hear an old song associated with a first love or leaving home for good, music is profoundly linked to personal memories. In fact, our brains are hard-wired to connect music with long-term memory. Beloved music often calms chaotic brain activity and enables the listener to focus on the present moment and regain a connection to others.
