We are an experienced and well established provider of professional management services and applicable products, in support of a number of Government Agencies and private industry programs. Compass was incorporated in February 2003, and in January 2005 acquired the assets of a successful firm with over fifteen years of professional services management experience. Based on this strategic acquisition, Compass has been providing world class support to the government and private industry since 1990. Our focus over the years has been to devote the time and research necessary to more accurately determine what our customers' real requirements are, allowing us to methodically tailor our support and products to meet or exceed Statements of Work.

Must have working experience in a military aircraft maintenance organization and have at least four years of documented experience in industrial Aerospace environment as a manager. Will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of a large workforce of over 190 personnel, spread over a wide geographical area. Will serve as a point of contact for all customer relations, and the resolution of all quality, timeliness, and accuracy issues.
