User Issues Which WCAB cases are available to EDEX? All WCAB case information is located in a central database in Sacramento. All local WCAB offices are linked to the central database. WCAB files that were physically located at a local WCAB office at the time of implementation (1988 – 91) are in the system. Any WCAB case that has been retrieved from the archives, for any reason, is also in the system regardless of case status or age. The local WCAB staff utilizes the DWC database for tracking all case activity including appearance calendar scheduling.
