Competent Care Management, Inc. was founded in 2010. Our President, Angelia D. Smith, RN, CCM, QRP has more than 17 years of experience including a previous leadership role as Director of Case Management for a large hospital. She led their Utilization Review Program to improve the quality and accountability of health care professionals to meet the needs of a various patient population including catastrophic cases. Her strong record of ethical and quality case management and a large network of resources and relationships have proved invaluable to her clients and patients.
