Competitive Door & Finish was established in 1992 in a small shop (2500 sq. ft.) with just two employees. Rick Johnson and his father started the company with extraordinary dedication to excellence in all areas of the business causing it to be a success. As the business grew so did the expectations of our customers. In order to maintain the level of quality and service our customers expected we knew expansion was inevitable. We are currently adding a new building (13,000 sq. ft.) to help accommodate our customers and our business. We currently employ thirty one employees and have plans for future expansion of the company and its employees.
