Since its inception in 1979, the mission of The Complete Conference, Inc. has been to develop and implement high quality cost-effective meetings. Professionalism, integrity, customer satisfaction and dependability are the watchwords of our planning team.Our fundamental approach to meeting management, regardless of the size of the event or scope of the project, is to utilize a systematic, four-phase procedure that includes: an in-depth analysis of the company or organization’s needs, the development of an efficient, tailored plan of action, a successful execution, and a post-meeting evaluation.To fulfill that mission and meet the needs of our clients, a team of professional meeting planners with incomparable depth of experience has been assembled. This experience includes forty years of managing meetings ranging from major conventions of more than 5,000 people, to discrete corporate retreats. In addition, our staff has twenty years of trade show management experience employing various venues and mediums. Unlike most planning firms, we have an extensive background in organizational development and association management as well as hotel management experience in operations, sales and marketing, food and beverage, convention service, finance, and front office and reservations.
