Complete Environmental Testing, Inc. (CET) was founded in 1993 by David Ditta and Tim Fusco. CET is a NELAC certified environmental testing Laboratory with comprehensive expertise in the chemical and biological sciences.

Complete Environmental Testing, a NELAP accredited laboratory, is proud to announce that we are now certified by the State of New York. The addition of New York certification accomplishes our goal of providing our clients with laboratory services to Connecticut and the bordering states. At CET we are continually improving and expanding our laboratory services to better serve your needs. New York certification is another step in this process.
