We have listed privately owned rentals for over 10 years and will do what we can to find you a renter in a timely manner. Once a potential renter has viewed your property and is interested in applying we will process the application. We will present you with credit, criminal, employment and rental background information once it is completed to accept or deny the applicant based on fair housing guidelines. Our company is small which enables us to work more closely with each owner to meet their needs. What is important to you is important to us. Your property will be promoted on our web site. Ads will be placed once reviewed with the owner.

In 1998 I set out to get my real estate license and joined Apartment Search. This position allowed me the flexibility I needed and the opportunity to advance to management of their local offices. In September of 2004 Apartment Search began to downsize locations so Wendy and I ventured out on our own opening Complete Management Services. Finding the “perfect rental” to fit client needs, working with owners to fill vacancies, and limited property management has been a “win-win” situation. I have also recently obtained my Brokers License. Being a small business owner has allowed me to make my family top priority and help you spend more time with family and friends because of the service I am able to provide to you!.
