Description

Compliance Data Center, Inc., opened its first office in San Francisco in 1962. A second office was opened in Los Angeles in January 1963, to serve regional firms as well as the West Coast operations of national firms. In 1968, the Governing Board of the Midwest Stock Exchanges asked CDC to open an office in Chicago to serve their members. That office opened in January 1969. Due to the effectiveness of CDC programs, many firms encouraged CDC to open an office in New York. That office opened in April 1973. Full computerization of our operations was completed in October 1973.
