Description
On August 1, 1985, Tom Wheeler and Chuck Bart started Component Repair Technologies. We are an independent turbine engine overhaul shop located in Mentor, Ohio. Our primary component capabilities include GE's CF6, LM and CFM series engines and Pratt & Whitney's JT8D, JT8D-200 and PW series engines.CRT is proud to provide our customers with the personalized customer service of a small company while offering the in-house capabilities of a large facility. We are constantly expanding our facility and process capabilities so we can ensure quality, control cost and minimize turn times by performing all repairs in-house. Our in-house process capabilities include a chemical and metallurgical lab.
