CHN has nurses trained to specialize in caring for the developmentally disabled individuals in our community. We provide services at the local workshops, preschool, and in your home.

We provide thousands of hours of aide/homemaker services each month ranging from basic assistance to total care depending on your needs. We encourage you to participate in your care and daily activities because we believe the more active you are the more independent you will remain.

Choosing CHN gives you the best of both worlds in home care. We provide both skilled and non-skilled care. This gives you the benefit of transitioning between skilled services and non-skilled services and back without ever leaving our agency.

We provide an overall assessment of home safety with emphasis on kitchen and bathroom safety. We recommend home modifications and equipment/assistive devices to promote independence and safety if needed.
