Marcia Watson Wasserman is the President of Comprehensive Management Solutions, Inc. and has over 25 years of experience in human resources, general operations, and administrative management consulting. She was previously employed as a law firm Executive Director of several major local and national law firms. Her expertise includes business formations and relocations; recruitment; compensation and benefits administration; the development of employee handbooks and job descriptions; strategic planning; retreat facilitation; marketing strategy and management training programs.

We project manage and take a hands-on approach to the formation of new law firms and the opening and relocation of branch offices.

We have over 25 years of experience in move planning and interior design. Typical projects include coordinating construction for and moving law firms, assisting a post-production company with construction issues relating to build-outs, space planning and moves in 4 locations, and coordinating construction for and moving a business management firm.
