Description

Compumachine was founded in 1980 to provide CNC machining solutions to machine shops in New England and across America. After each innovative CNC technology was developed, we examined the state of the market, evaluated the needs of the machine shop in this rapidly changing environment, and successfully introduced new CNC machines to keep our clients competitive.

Shortly after CNC Software started in Massachusetts, the company moved its base of operations to an office in Vernon, Connecticut. After a brief move to an industrial park, CNC Software built corporate headquarters in Tolland, Connecticut. When it outgrew that space, the Summers established the company’s corporate headquarters and training facility in a new, 38,000 sq. ft. building in the same town. The building was thoughtfully designed and built for aesthetics, functionality, and environmental friendliness.

Over the years, our machine shop clients have grown and achieved sophistication in their manufacturing processes. Compumachine has stayed one step ahead, always provides the cutting edge CNC solutions to serve this important manufacturing sector.

Many competititors utilize third-party, bolt-on automation, while Amada Wasino machines offer one-source integrated automatic turning. Each machine is factory automated to deliver the highest accuracy and repeatability while minimizing set-up time. This allows Amada Wasino to provide compact solutions with the greatest efficiency today and the flexibility needed for the jobs of tomorrow.
