With 26 years of IT experience and nearly two decades as Computech’s lead technical manager, Ruben has guided Computech’s largest contracts, leading 130+ people across 20+ projects. His intricate knowledge of auction system design and development was paramount in the generation of nearly $90 billion in spectrum auction revenue for clients including the FCC, and the governments of Mexico, Australia, and Finland.
